Twelve Sky 2 Developer Operates Dragon Oath
Sohu's ChangYou.com, a Chinese online game developer, has recently served its MMORPG Dragon Oath in Korea, granting the operation license to ALT1 (formerly known as GigasSoft), developer of the two traditional martial arts MMORPGs - Twelve Sky & Twelve Sky 2. Dragon Oath has undergone three closed beta tests in North America, and its official site in Europe has also been brought online this month.

Dragon Oath, a martial arts MMORPG scheduled to be launched in Korea in the second half of 2009, is based on the novel - Semi-Gods and Semi-Devils written by the famous Chinese martial arts novelist Louis Cha. Since the commercialization in 2007, Dragon Oath has set a record by serving 800,000 simultaneous online players in Mainland China and has been enjoying high popularity for 2 years consecutively with up to 30 million subscribers.
According to Xu Xiaozheng (transliterated), director of ALT1's Game Business Department, ALT1's fairly pleased to operate Dragon Oath highly popular in China. During this year, continuous updates have been made to Twelve Sky and Twelve Sky 2 operated in China, with even greater efforts contributed to keep the two games satisfactory to players. And ALT1 will also try their best to have Dragon Oath operated in a steady manner.
With the goal of operating Dragon Oath within 2009, ALT1 is busily engaged in the Korean version of Dragon Oath, while preparing different kinds of products.
