This is a pretty big nerf, and im really surprised that this wasnt put out there.
Now it seems that if there is more than one warrior in the group, and they use Rallying Cry it will put the 2nd warriors Rallying Cry on CD.
With the hotfix list put up yesterday (22 hours ago) you would think something like this would be in the list. This is a pretty big nerf, and im really surprised that this wasnt put out there.
