Reputation in nostale
nostale gold strives to offer the fastest and most reliable service on the web for all your gaming needs. Reputation is a sort of ranking system in Nostale. Depending on your reputation, you will have a different rank. Your rank is shown as an icon beside your name, and every player in the game can see your rank. Reputation has no real game effects, other than showing off your rank to other players.
How do I raise my reputation?
You can raise your reputation in a number of ways. The first way is by completing time stone missions. Each time stone mission awards you with a certain number of reputation points for beating it the first time. Successive repeats of the times tone will only reward you with a smaller chunk of reputation.
The second way is by winning Icebreakers and Instant Combat, and other forms of PvP in the Time Circle. Icebreaker and PvP will award you with reputation based on the amount of kills you score, and Instant Combat will give you a large chunk for surviving through the entire combat.
The final way to earn reputation is currently a mystery. At times, your reputation will rise by a small amount. Theories include time spent logged in, and getting lots of visitors to your mainland. When more solid evidence appears, we will let you know.
Can I lose reputation?
No, you cannot. Unlike dignity, your reputation will always only ever go upward. Even if you have low enough dignity to earn a dreaded negative-dignity rank, you will never lose your max reputation, meaning when you regain your dignity, your reputation rank will be saved.
