One thing I was curious about is balance.
One thing I was curious about is balance. When I played Rift I tried my hand at level 50 PvP. I was a mage, which means if a rogue or warrior gets in melee range of me, I die.
So it's a good thing I had CC. But what ended up happening was that rogues and warriors had the benefit of spells that made them pretty much immune to CC and lasted forever.. or atleast long enough to kill me.
This made me rageface in battlegrounds because I had no way to outlive the damage being thrown at me without a healer because I'm a mage.
