January Beta Weekend Moved
ArenaNet announced that they will be moving the dates for the January Beta Weekend Event one week forward to better accommodate for New Years Eve festivities. Their announcement is below:
I wanted to send you some new information about the Guild Wars Beta Weekend Events. We have received a significant amount of player feedback concerning the scheduling of the January event.
Many have been concerned about family obligations, school-related travel, and other holiday scheduling conflicts that might impact their participation in the BWE. Due to the holidays, we have decided to move the January Beta Weekend Event one weekend, so that it does not fall on the New Year's holiday. Therefore:
The January Guild Wars Beta Weekend Event will begin at Midnight PST (08:00GMT) on Saturday, January 8th, and will end at 11:59 PST on Sunday, January 9th (07:59 GMT Monday, January 10th).
