HIgh-Powered Bolt Gun needs level requirement
Okay, so certain level 60 twinks were able to level engineering to 450 before it was nerfed and those who were able to keep it have this overpowered item at their ready. The bracket is swarming with level 60 toons who use this item in Battlegrounds, one-shotting anyone with no problem at all, often critting for 10k or more. Flag carriers don't stand a chance among others.
At the level60 twinking bracket, the average twink has maybe 8k hp, give or take depending on spec and class so this particular item mows down entire groups of players by a single player on the opposite faction.
Please, I'm begging you put a level requirement on this overpowered item of at least level 70 because this item has no place in the 60s bracket and makes the battlegrounds favor anyone who owns one, regardless of skill.
