Some people also skillers just because they think it is more difficult to get some 99s on a Level (Runescape Gold) 3 than on a Main Account. Anthers people are looking for a Challenge of some sort by make skillers.
Usually they just hang out at various places with their skiller. It is not really amazing. A level 3 with a woodcutting cape is just as impressive as a level 138 with one. If not the level 138 being more impressive due to having a higher combat level (runescape money).
Everyone is a skiller such as a level 3 in Runescape; we are not any different than someone who trains all of the skills. In fact they deserve to be called skillers rather than us because we limit ourselves.
So you are skiller if you make it adds a little more of a challenge to Runescape which is a rather easy game. Perhaps we do it because some people might be more impressed. But we shouldn't be any more amazed by a level 3 with high levels than a level 138 with high levels. There should be no difference.
