Elders should be taken care of
Recently people were concerning a news that whether the young should take care of their parents when they grow old, or should it be the duty of the government that should afford it with second life linden. This news attracts the attention of most of people, whatever the young or the elders. I would like to take in the part of them.
To the government, as the people are the citizen of the city, and we all pay the linden dollars as tax, so the government has the responsibility to look after us when we are getting old. And from the other side to look this point, it is not practical that put on this issue to the young. Most couple have only one child, after they married, it means that one young couple should take good care of four elders. With the more fierce competition, how can this come true, how could the young couple have the ability to look after them by themselves besides their own family. So it I reasonable to look after them by the government with the secondlife money.
And the young, they should appreciate their parents for giving them life. It is the parents who care you from the every aspect, it is the parents who help you grow up so healthy and useful. So to be a good child, the young have the responsibility to take care of them when they are getting old. Every one should not avoid this duty, cause we will someday have own children, how can we face our children?
Elders can live well through mutual efforts between the young and the government. As for the young, they should pay more time for their parents instead for buy linden for them. Cause when the elders get older, they hope to see their children very much. They should come back several times a week or a months no matter how busy they are. This must be the most vital wish of their parents when they get old. I think it must be the wish when we get old. Elders do not need just cheap linden but the care from their children. They do not want them to forget them when they grew up. They need mental consoles. And for the government, it should offer the perfect social system and the most important the medical care system, to build a warm circumstance for the elders.
